About this grant
The Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi Foundation's Healthy School Awards recognizes and rewards Mississippi public K-12 schools that implement health policies and programs promoting healthy eating, physical activity, staff wellness, tobacco-free lifestyles, and parental/community involvement. Awards of $50,000 per school are granted to one or multiple schools based on demonstrated commitment to a healthy school environment.
Eligibility details
- Notes: Open to public K-12 schools physically located in Mississippi. School districts are not eligible. Schools that have previously received a $50,000 Healthy School Award are ineligible.
