Eligibility details
- Notes: Executive Directors (or equivalent President/CEO) with at least ten years of paid service to their current organization; sabbatical must be two to three months. Organization must include Chemung County, NY in its service area, have a current strategic plan, have a DEIB plan covering board composition and operational goals, have received a Community Foundation grant within the prior five years, have staff able to assume duties during the absence, and continue paying the executive full salary and benefits during the sabbatical.
