About this grant
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion is advancing the development of clinical decision support (CDS) tools designed to facilitate evidence-based cancer screening and management at the point of care. These CDS tools integrate up-to-date, computable guidelines into electronic health records systems to support clinicians in real-time clinical decision-making. The CDC has previously developed computer algorithms for cervical, breast, and colorectal cancers. This NOFO has two components: Component A.
