About this grant
The Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant program, administered by the Library of North Carolina, provides federal funding to North Carolina libraries for projects that address specific user needs and align with the state's LSTA Five Year Plan. Eligible libraries can apply for EZ Grants, Project Grants, NC Cardinal Migration Grants, and Continuing Education Conference Scholarships through the state's grant management system.
Eligibility details
- Notes: Eligible applicants include North Carolina public libraries or library systems meeting State Aid requirements, public Tribal libraries, community college libraries, NC Independent Colleges and Universities member libraries, UNC system libraries (including AHEC-affiliated libraries), and North Carolina Professional Library Organizations. Libraries may submit up to three EZ and/or Project grant applications per year.
