The St. Lawrence County Arts Council administers the Statewide Community Regrants Program, offering three project-based grants: Individual Artist Grants ($1,500 or $3,000), Arts Education Grants ($500–$5,000), and Community Arts Grants ($1,000–$5,000, 20% cash match required). Eligibility details

• Notes: Individual artists, New York State registered nonprofit organizations, government entities, and Tribal Nations can apply directly. Others may be eligible with a sponsoring organization. Arts Education Grant requires partnership with a Pre-K-12 public school or community-based organization. Community Arts Grant requires NYS registered nonprofit, government entity, or Tribal Nation; individual artists and unincorporated collectives may apply with a fiscal sponsor. All first-time applicants must attend an info session or meet with the Grants Manager before submitting.
