- Notes: Must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization or work with a 501(c)(3) fiscal agent. Must serve LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families in Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie Counties. Organization policies and practices must comply with non-discrimination requirements and must submit anti-discrimination policy. No organizational operating budget limit. Repeat applicants from previous years may apply if final report was submitted.
