About this grant
The Women's Foundation of Minnesota offers sponsorship grants of $1,000 to $5,000 to support events, projects, and convenings that advance gender and racial equity in Minnesota. Sponsorship inquiries open October 19, 2026, and are invitation-only following the open inquiry request.
Eligibility details
- Notes: Eligible applicants include nonprofit tax-exempt organizations and schools based in and operating in Minnesota, unincorporated organizations with a tax-exempt fiscal sponsor, and American Indian Nations. Events, projects, and convenings must be located in Minnesota and benefit Minnesota women, girls, and gender-expansive people, or organizations serving at least 50-75% women, girls, and gender-expansive people. Projects must advance gender and racial equity in one of WFM's impact areas: Leadership & Community Power, Safety, Holistic Well-being & Reproductive Justice, and Economic Justice. Individuals, capital campaigns, retroactive support, and current competitive grantee-partners are not eligible.
