Loudoun Community Response Fund – Community Stability and Assistance 2026

The Community Stability and Assistance Grants program, part of the Loudoun Community Response Fund, provides funding to 501(c)(3) nonprofits serving Loudoun County, Virginia, for human services focused on financial stability and emergency financial assistance. Eligibility details

• Notes: Only 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations (or organizations with a qualified fiscal sponsor) serving Loudoun County residents are eligible. Only one proposal per organization. Funds may not be used for direct cash payments to individuals, but may pay vendors (landlords, utilities, healthcare providers) on behalf of residents. Projects must address financial stability and emergency financial assistance. No more than 7% of award may be used for facilities and administration costs.
