Must have a written scope of work from consultant. Not eligible: organizations with fund balance deficits, those with discriminatory practices, activities before grant award, capital campaigns, endowments, membership campaigns, food/travel costs, political/religious activities, grants to individuals, scholarships, or parochial schools.
