Grants of up to $1,500,000 over a two-year term are available for projects that are at least 75% capitalized, located near a community asset, and shaped by community priorities with a nonprofit partner.

Eligibility details

  • Notes: Projects must be late-stage with at least 75% of the capital stack secured and documented; located within Cook County, with a focus on South and West side neighborhoods; located within a half-mile of a local economic or community asset; prioritize community input with a nonprofit partner; and have proof of site control.
