The South County Fund supports school- and community-based initiatives that help vulnerable youth in South County, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Grants of $250 to $5,000 are available to 501(c)(3) organizations located and operating in Anne Arundel County that reduce barriers to youth participation and collaborate with local institutions.
Eligibility details
- Notes: Organizations must be located and operating in Anne Arundel County, Maryland; have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS; and be in compliance with Maryland Secretary of State Charitable Organization Registration Requirements. Priority is given to organizations based in South County that facilitate access for vulnerable/at-risk school-age youth to educational, career development, and/or health resources; reduce barriers to youth participation (food insecurity, lack of child care, lack of transportation, etc.); and demonstrate collaboration with South County institutions.
