About this grant
The Stoneleigh Emerging Leader Fellowship is a two-year, hands-on leadership opportunity for early-career professionals working to help youth thrive. Each Fellowship award provides up to $200,000 over two years, covering the Fellow's salary and benefits, indirect costs, direct project expenses, and professional development stipends. The Foundation seeks proposals for Philadelphia area-based initiatives that meet the developmental needs of young people and help youth thrive.
Eligibility details
- Notes: Host organizations must be Philadelphia area-based, have a dedicated experienced supervisor (Executive Directors discouraged), demonstrated experience in the proposed issue area, adequate staffing support, capacity to manage a professional development budget, and provide workspace and equipment. The Fellowship candidate should have at least two years of relevant progressive leadership experience. Proposals should address youth justice, child welfare, education, or health/behavioral health, though other areas are welcome if they meet criteria.
