Eligibility details
- Notes: Non-profits, government entities, schools, and churches. Must be a Phillips County non-profit. Organizations that discriminate are not eligible. Funds cannot be used for activities prior to grant decisions, endowments, debt reduction, general operating expenses, individuals, political activities, religious purposes, expendable items, annual campaigns, events, tickets, Match Day programs, re-granting programs, service club projects, or national/statewide organizations without local presence.
